Delete your account.
You can do this from inside the app, under the You tab, and it takes effect immediately. This page exists so you can ask for the same thing without reinstalling anything.
What happens
Customer service matches the number you give below against an account. You are not told whether it matched, and neither is anyone else, so this form cannot be used to find out who is registered.
The account is scheduled for deletion seven days out. Signing in during that week cancels it, which is the point of the delay.
After the seventh day your profile, kitchen, listings, photos, chats and orders are removed, along with the sign-in itself, so the number is free to register again.
Reviews you left on other kitchens stay, with your name removed. Leaving should not quietly rewrite somebody else's rating.

Your request is recorded.
If that number has an account, it is now scheduled for deletion seven days from today. Signing in before then cancels it. Nothing else is sent to you, on purpose.

Submitting this form records a request. It does not delete anything on its own, because an unauthenticated form that deleted on submission would let anyone erase an account by typing a phone number.
